Shipping costs. Shipping costs vary based on the delivery service selected by the customer. We offer two shipping options: Express Delivery and Standard Delivery. Standard Delivery is offered at no additional cost. For Express Delivery, the shipping fee will depend on the chosen service.

Returns, changes, and cancellations. Returns are accepted provided the product is in its original condition and has not been damaged. Cancellations can be made if the customer contacts us via email prior to shipment. For any changes to an order, customers are encouraged to reach out to us directly through our email for assistance.

Order tracking details. Order tracking details will be provided to the customer once the product has been processed and dispatched. Tracking information will be updated and shared with the customer accordingly.
